NorwayThese images are from the Light & Land trip to northern Norway and the Lofoten Islands in July 2007. They include a number of square black and white prints taken with Chris's plastic Holga camera. It was on this trip that Chris, in conversation one evening, dreamt up the Longdin-Ward effect, a spoof mathematical formula for estimating the time required for photo stops on such trips. Chris later wrote this up in an article reproduced here. |
